You can return your jewellery with zero deduction in the 30 day time frame
from the date of purchase. Of course, you can always exchange your jewellery
if you prefer so.
 
Calculation of Return Value for Jewellery Item under 30 Day Money back Offer
1. No making, no labour charges, No VAT deducted.
2. Rate of gold is calculated based on the prevailing gold rate.
 
The offer is void if
1. There are visible signs of damage, wear & tear of the item.
2. The tag on the jewellery is removed/ tampered with.
3. Original receipt of the jewellery item bought is not available.
4. On customized or made to order jewellery.
 
Calculation of Return Value Day 31 onwards and on Customized Orders
1. Rate of gold is calculated based on the prevailing rate.
2. Making /labour charges deducted, Vat deducted.
3. On diamond jewellery, 10% of diamond value deducted.
 
Calculation of Return Value on Certified Diamonds
You can list the diamond in our diamond inventory for a fee of 2% of the diamond.
